Here are some great ways you can feel sexy and most of them you don't have to leave your home.

Take the plunge: Add some scented bubble bath, light some candles, play some soft music and spend an hour in the bath. When you get out rub body lotion all over you from head to toe or better still get your partner to do it.

Read: Go and buy yourself some good erotic fiction. Or try an erotic story site. You could try writing your own erotic fiction then read it to your partner and re-enact it.

Go naked: (under your clothing any way.) Go to work without your knickers on. But if you wear a skirt make sure it is a long one. This will make you feel sexy the thought that no body knows that you have no knickers on will send you wild.

Think about sex: Men do it every waking minute of the day so why shouldn't we. If you are stuck in the office, on a long journey or at home doing the ironing. Let your mind get carried a way with sex. Think about what you are going to do with your partner and what you would like done to you. Thinking about sex can really get you in the mood for it and will definitely make you feel sexier when you are having sex.

Look good feel great: You should always take the time to look your best. Buy some new make-up, have a facial, have your hair and nails done. By looking your best you will feel your best. You will ooze sexiness.

Show off: Buy some sexy underwear.

Light fantastic: Light some candles and place them around your room. The soft light reflected off of your body will make you look fantastic.

Flirt: In your office, with the milk man, bus driver even the spotty lad behind the shop counter. Flirting will make you feel great and make others around you feel great.

Talk is cheap: Practice your bed side manners by letting your man know exactly what you want. Talking dirty to your partner will make you both feel sexier.

Take control: Initiate sex. Dominate your partner. Tell him what you want and that he is going to give it to you. You will feel such a high and will never go back to straight forward sex again.

The trick to keeping sexual desire alive is to never let your fires go out completely. Keep your fire smouldering at all times by feeding your sensual mind. If your fire never goes out completely, then it won't be hard to light it up into raging flames when the situation calls for it.

With the busy fast paced life most women live and the many roles they play, sexual identity often gets lost in the shuffle and desire dwindles.

You need to nurture your sexual identity. It is as important as being a mother, friend, wife or housekeeper, etc.

Feed your sensual mind with these hot little tips to keep your fires smouldering.

*Think sexy thoughts. Allow yourself to fantasize. Enjoy the view of that rugged construction worker down the road. Let your mind wander. Think about your lover frequently and what you would like them to do to you or what you'd like to do to them. 

*Relive exciting sexual experiences throughout your day. Remember how you felt when your lover touched you last night or last week. 

*Touch yourself sensually periodically throughout your day. Run your fingertips gently across your arms, inner thighs, calves, face, or neck. Tease yourself by brushing against your breasts. Caress yourself.

*Read arousing material regularly. This may be in the form of an erotic story or a romantic story. Whatever it is that excites you. You can read alone and let your desire build for later or read something immediately before lovemaking to really get you hot and ready. 

*Make yourself feel sexy by dressing in something stimulating such as lingerie, a silk slip, short skirt, silk blouse or anything that makes you feel sexy. You can also feel incredibly sexy by going without your bra and underwear throughout your day. 

*Do kegel exercises while in the car or sitting at your desk at work or watching TV. This means you squeeze your vaginal muscles as if you're trying to stop the flow of urine and hold. Then repeat. You will feel a surge of arousal in your vaginal area. These exercises will also strengthen your vaginal muscles.

*Masturbate regularly. You can either take this all the way and orgasm, or you can just masturbate enough that it stimulates arousal and then stop and let it build. The more you have sex the more you will want it, so if you masturbate frequently to completion, your level of desire will increase and stay alive. 

*Participate in daily physical exercise. Exercise stimulates our happy hormones, which will increase sexual desire. 

*Listen to erotic stimulating music. If you're in the mood you can dance to the music and touch your self.

*Watch arousing movies. This does not have to be straight out porn. Find something sensuous, sexy, romantic and loving.

*Spend quality sensual time with your partner on a regular basis. Perhaps you could share a passionate meal together complete with music, candles and flowers and feed one another. Take intimate walks together. Shower together.

*Encourage your partner to court, romance and pursue you and you do the same. Express your affection to one another on a regular basis.

The key to keep your mood vibrant is to participate in these activities on a regular basis not just when you want to make love. Make yourself feel sensually alive at all times and you will find that it's easy to be in the mood.

Meditating for Sexual Desire

Need a little help igniting that loving feeling? Try this quick little technique and spark those sensual fires into flames. 

Dress to feel sexy. You could try this completely naked, or in your silk undies, or a sensual piece of lingerie. Something that makes you feel sensual and sexy. 

Sit down or lie down someplace quiet. 

Take a very deep breath in through your nose, not your mouth. Breathing through your nose keeps the charge of energy in check, increasing control and slowing your metabolism. 

To breathe properly, when you inhale your abdomen should protrude not your chest. When you exhale, your abdomen should flatten. When you breathe in you should breathe completely until the lungs are full and when you exhale it should be until all air is expelled. 

Breathe deeply and completely. Try not to think about anything. 

Focus your mind completely on your breath, letting it flow in and out with each breath. 

Repeating a mantra such as the word "relax" or some other soothing word while breathing can also be helpful in keeping the mind focused on the breath. For the goal of arousal you could choose a word like "sexy" or "passion" or "sensuous." 

Do this several times until you begin to feel your body begin to relax. 

Once you are relaxed then take the very tip of your fingertips and caress your body. Run your fingertips gently across your arms, across your inner thighs, your breasts, your abdomen, your neck, your face. Touch any or all parts of your body with a sensuous caress.

Keep your mind focused completely on the enjoyable sensations you are experiencing. 

When breathing out, with your minds eye guide your breath into your breasts and vaginal area. When you begin to feel the surge of arousal, meditate on it and let it radiate through your body. Imagine that when you breathe in and out that sexual energy is pulsating through your body. 

Continue to breathe deeply though the nose.

As you continue to touch yourself, bring a particular fantasy into mind and play it out in your head. This fantasy may include your favourite celebrity, that sexy neighbour of yours, or whoever it is that light your fires. If you are in a relationship you can fantasy about what you `re going to do with your lover the next time you're together or what you would like to happen. You can also relive a particular passionate sexual adventure you experienced in the past. 

Once you are aroused you can then masturbate, make love with your partner or let the arousal build until later.

Practicing this technique on a regular basis can help build your desires and keep them alive.
